My only real complaint is the shape of the eye. It's too football-shaped. Eyes have subtle, complicated curves to them and you just have to study it in the mirror until you get it. Also the eyebrows might be too low. I'd raise 'em a bit.
Now that I'm looking it over again I see an issue with the shading on the eyelids. The shading on the right eye (her right, the one that's closed.) looks perfect, but on the other eye you have the shadow on the wrong side. If the light source is off the her left then the shadow should be under the inside end of her eyebrow, not around the outside corner of her eye, like it is on the other eye. Since the light is coming from one side the shadow wouldn't be the same on both side.
